Welcome to the beautiful Villa Lina. The villa offers a swimming pool and gardens with 100% privacy. No neighbours are able to look into our garden or swimming pool. The villa offers stunning views of both the mountains and the Mediterranean sea. One of the best areas that the villa has to offer is a covered veranda with direct view on both the swimming pool and the ocean. It is one of the best areas to relax, socialise or enjoy some tapas and vino.
Neighbourhood overview
Villa Lina is located in the prestigious neighbourhood of Pinares de San Anton in Málaga city. The neighbourhood distinguishes itself by existing primarily out of independent villas. The neighbourhood has private security and plenty of parking spaces available. The neighbourhood is located slightly above one of the most desired neighbourhoods of Malaga offering breathtaking views. Within a five minute walk, you directly walk into nature. Here you can directly start hiking up the mountains for even more breathtaking views over all of Málaga, Torremolinos and Rincón de la Victoria. Only three minutes walking from the villa you find the Malaga tennis and padel club, however, due to the exposition, you don't hear the noise of the club.
Entrance & Parking
When you arrive to Villa Lina, you will be welcomed by our beautiful garden full of colour. Parking is usually very easy since there are plenty of spots right in front of the house, parking in the street is completely free of charge.
Covered veranda
The outdoor Veranda is directly attached to the living room. From the outdoor Veranda, you have magnificent fuse views on the ocean and swimming pool. The covered veranda offers two very comfortable big chairs to relax and enjoy the views.
The seating area on the outdoor veranda offers a comfortable sofa, two chairs and a small bench. Ideal for socialising and enjoying the views of the garden, pool and ocean.
The surrounded by beautiful tropical and Mediterranean plants. The provided shade makes it an ideal area for a nice siesta.
Sun loungers
Next to the pool you find two comfortable sun loungers, two laid-back chairs and hammocks. The magnificent palm tree provides shade until midday afterwards you can use the umbrellas.
Outdoor dining
On the terrace next to the Veranda and swimming pool, you find the outdoor dining area. Here we provide a beautiful wooden garden set with six comfortable chairs. Until midday, the umbrella will provide you with shade and from the afternoon onwards the palm tree will also provide some shade. From the dining area, you have a view on the pool, the villa and the mountains.
Living room
The living room has a big comfortable sofa with chaise-longue plus two individual chairs and a 55 inch television with Netflix included. The living room is directly connected to the dining room and the covered Veranda. In the living room, you will find a bookcase full of books that you are allowed to read during your stay. In the hallway connected to the living room, you will find a dressoir fill with boardgames and puzzles which you are also allowed to use during your stay. The living room has a shared air conditioning with dining room to either heat or cool down the room, on top of the living room has a big ventilator on the ceiling.
The chimney in the living room is not in use, please refrain from using it. the sliding glass doors give you direct access to the covered Veranda. Just behind the living room you can enter the kitchen from two sides.
Indoor dining
The indoor dining area consists of a large table with six chairs. from the dining room you have beautiful views over the mountains, the ocean and the city of Malaga. It is also an ideal area to work from with your laptop or to play games with friends and family. The dining area has a shared air-conditioning with the living room.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped it has an electric stove, kettle, coffee maker, air fryer, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, extensive cutlery and cooking tools. On top, we provide olive oil and various spices to cook with.
Bedrooms
Bedroom number one has a large queen size bed with a thick comfortable mattress. The room is approximately 10 m². it has two windows with curtains. It has a built-in closet with big sliding doors with mirrors right next to the bedroom is the access to the small bathroom from the windows. You have a nice view on the mountains of Pinares de San Anton. The room has air-conditioning and a ventilator on the ceiling.
Bedroom number two is a twin bedroom with two beds of 90 x 200 cm. The room has air-conditioning and a ventilator on the ceiling. the twin room has a built-in closet from the window. You have a few on the south side of the back garden. Directly next to the twin room is the large bathroom.
Bedroom number three has a queen size bed with a thick comfortable mattress. The room has built-in closets. Next to the room is the large bathroom. The room has air-conditioning and a ventilator on the ceiling. From the window you have a few on the backyard.
Bathrooms
The small bathroom has a toilet, shower and bathtub. Shampoo and shower gel are provided by us.
