It is a salt water pool with very low levels of chlorine. Be careful with blonde hair, some types react to the salt and chlorine combination if too much time is spend in the water.

The nearest beach 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive by car. However walking back might be strenuous, especially in summer, because of a 15 minute walk ascending the mountain.
By car you can drive the Aldi supermarket in 3 minutes, this Supermarket cannot be reached by foot. Is the mercadona supermarket which can be reached by car in 5 minutes and by walk in 15 minutes. There is a very small and expensive supermarket 10 minutes walk from the Villa.
There is only one restaurant close by, this is at the tennis club which is a 3 minute walk. Other restaurants are a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes car ride.
The airport is 20 minutes my car.
A taxi from the airport costs around 30 Euros taxi to the airport costs around 35 Euros. A better alternative is a Uber.
The Villa is fully detached on a 600m2 garden. In most areas of the garden you have full privacy from the neighbours since they cannot look into either the garden or the pool.
Everything is included: tourist tax, cleaning and deposits.
We ask for a 50% deposit. Which can be refunded up to 60 days before arrival if you cancel after this you lose the deposit.
Check-in is at 15:00. Check out is at 11:00.
This depends on the season. In the High season, July & August, the minimum stay is 7 nights. The rest of the year the minimum stay is 4 nights.
Pets are strictly not allowed.
The Villa is surrounded by stairs and terraces and an open pool, therefor the villa is less suitable for small children since constant supervision required.
Parties and events are strictly forbidden. In case of complaints from neighbours because of a party or event, maintain the right to expel you from the villa. In this case you won’t be refunded.
Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden. However outside on the covered veranda you are allowed to smoke as well as in the rest of the outdoor areas.
No, it is forbidden to bring non-staying visitors to the property.
The photos of the property are maximum 3 years old. Some of them are very recent. In no case there are photos that do not correspond with the reality.
You will have direct contact via WhatsApp or phone with the property manager. Manager usually responds within an hour.
